When I founded ^Kunke Consulting, I brought with me years of corporate experience, a track record of teaching students at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, and a hunch that this knowledge and this energy could be useful to someone.
The premise was simple. What I had seen inside American companies, combined with an ability to pass knowledge on that I had spent years refining in the lecture hall, would be worth something to the Polish companies I could reach.
At first I assumed Excel was the answer. Everyone needs it, so that seemed like the place to focus. I built and delivered several Excel courses, but it quickly became clear that artificial intelligence was the subject that genuinely mattered.
Today I sat down (with Claude) and added it all up. ^Kunke Consulting has passed 500 people trained across more than 50 training sessions on practical applications of artificial intelligence.
What that looks like in practice
- I have trained teams at law firms, manufacturers, a fintech, accounting practices, family businesses and universities.
- Formats: half day, full day and two day sessions on the client’s site, plus standing AI office hours. Occasionally online, although I have always preferred working in the room.
- After a session, a share of participants stay in my orbit. They subscribe to my small YouTube channel, follow what I publish on social media, and come back with an invitation to the next project.
Thank you to everyone who gave me a chance, a piece of advice or a kind word. Five hundred people means five hundred conversations, and I learned something from each one. I still have more energy and more ideas than I have time.
