2. Email, phone calls and service inquiries

Email links open your own email application. There is no contact form that submits your details through this website. If you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message.

We use these details to answer your inquiry, prepare an offer and arrange or deliver services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract or performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for other business correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding and maintaining business relationships (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations, including accounting requirements, may require us to retain service records (Article 6(1)(c)).

Providing information is voluntary; without suitable contact details we may be unable to reply. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the inquiry and manage the relationship, and relevant service records for applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of claims. You can ask about the retention period applicable to your particular correspondence.

3. Visiting this website

Netlify hosts this website. Delivering and securing it involves technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times. This supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website.

Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts or article thumbnails from YouTube’s image service. Your browser sends technical request information, including your IP address, to those providers when fetching these resources. These resources are distinct from optional Google Analytics.

4. Cookies and appearance preferences

• Your choice: the first-party cookie_consent cookie remembers whether you allow analytics for up to 12 months. It is needed to respect your choice.
• Appearance: kc-theme in local storage remembers your selected light or dark theme until you change it or clear browser storage. A local kc-consent-change timestamp synchronizes cookie choices between open tabs.
• Optional analytics: with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures visits and interactions. It may process online identifiers, device/browser information, referring pages and page usage. Google’s _ga and _ga_* cookies can last up to two years; your browser may shorten this period. The website keeps advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization consent denied.

Choosing “Only necessary” prevents the optional analytics tag from loading. Choosing it later withdraws consent, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies and reloads any page already running analytics. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser.

5. Service providers and international processing

Data may be handled by providers supporting hosting, email, analytics and service administration, to the extent needed for those services, and by authorities where required by law. Relevant website providers include Netlify and Google.

Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. 6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or your competent supervisory authority. We do not use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
